SEN Teacher – Farnborough KS1 or KS3 | Full-Time Preferred | Long-Term to Permanent | Paid to Scale Start Date: As soon as possible (January start available) Location: Farnborough Contract: Long-term with the potential to become permanent Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS) The school is a specialist, well-resourced provision in Farnborough that supports pupils with a range of moderate to complex learning needs. Many students have autism and associated social, communication, or sensory needs, while others present with learning disabilities or more complex profiles, including additional medical, behavioural, or physical requirements. The learning environment is purposefully structured to provide high levels of consistency, safety, and support. Facilities include modern, well-equipped classrooms, dedicated sensory rooms, therapy spaces, and quiet break-out areas. The school benefits from a strong multidisciplinary team comprising speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and experienced learning support assistants. Each pupil follows an individualised programme designed to promote academic progress, communication skills, independence, and emotional regulation. About the Role The school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to work with pupils in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 3. The successful candidate will deliver highly differentiated and structured lessons tailored to individual needs and learning plans. Close collaboration with therapists, support staff, and families is essential to ensure that each pupil receives consistent, holistic, and coordinated support.
