Field Sales Representative – North East London (FMCG)
Full Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Company Vehicle
Are you a confident communicator who loves being on the road and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and champion a leading FMCG brand across North East London.
About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for visiting trade customers (primarily convenience stores) within your territory, promoting our brand, and driving product visibility and sales. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys meeting new people every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit convenience stores and independent retailers across North East London.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
* Promote brand awareness and ensure product displays meet company standards.
* Introduce new products, share promotional activity, and secure additional shelf space.
* Collect feedback, report on store performance, and identify growth opportunities.
* Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in field sales or FMCG (preferred but not essential).
* A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* A positive, proactive attitude and passion for growing brands.
