Up to £14.27ph/£29,681.60 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for a Room Leader to join one of the UK's most recognisable organisations in the childcare and early years sector
Rated Good by Ofsted, this nursery sits in a beautiful two-story building featuring two base rooms for each age group and also boasts a large outdoor space where children can explore and engage in play - offering variety for both staff and children. It is conveniently located near two train stations and is within walking distance of a very accessible bus route, so is very suitable for non-drivers. If you do drive, they have limited free parking spaces available and can reserve spaces for staff.

You must share a passion for the childcare industry and the positive impact that nursery provision can have on children, their families, and future generations. As a Room Leader, you will manage a small team of Early Years practitioners and support the overall function of the nursery.

You will need:
* A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
* Experience caring for early years children with a passion for child development
* In depth knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
* Ability to ensure every individual child's needs are met as a key person, including supporting parents with any SEND needs
* To take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children
