Requirements

What the job involves
* Join our Sales team as a Renewal Sales Representative, supporting our AMER small‑business customers. You’ll manage renewals, protect recurring revenue, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
* This role is a strong entry point into solution sales or the wider tech industry. Redgate has a promote‑from‑within culture, and Renewals Reps often progress into Sales Development, Account Executive roles, Marketing, Sales Operations, Technical Solutions, Customer Success, or Sales Management
* You’ll build relationships with customers whose licences are due for renewal, identify risks early, and work with them to ensure continuity. You’ll also develop a strong understanding of Redgate’s products and the surrounding technology landscape, enabling you to spot where customers could benefit from additional solutions
* Renewals is a key revenue engine for Redgate, and the team continually refines its approach to hit individual and company‑wide targets
