Overview
We’re looking for a commercially minded, energetic Senior Search Executive to own and scale our organic acquisition strategy across both SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and AI Search.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand is highly visible not only in search engines like Google, but also across AI driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. You will help shape how we appear in the future of search.
You will play a key role in driving our content direction, ensuring everything we create is aligned with how users search, discover, and engage. From identifying opportunities to shaping briefs and guiding execution, you will make content a core growth lever across both SEO and AI Search.
We’re looking for someone who stays ahead of the curve and actively brings new thinking into the business with positive energy. You will challenge existing approaches, identify emerging opportunities, and push us to lead rather than follow as search continues to evolve. This includes staying ahead of trends within the industry and what we need to do to stay competitive in an AI driven landscape.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy and Execution
* Own and evolve the global SEO strategy to drive traffic, revenue, and visibility
* Lead technical, on page, and off page SEO initiatives
* Identify and prioritise high impact opportunities across content, site structure, and performance
* Partner with Product and Engineering to drive and follow SEO best practices in development
* Monitor traffic, conversions, visibility, crawl health, and organic performance metrics
Content and Growth
* Develop search led content strategies to drive relevant traffic
* Identify keyword opportunities across the full funnel from informational to transactional
* Optimise existing content and drive new content aligned with search demand
* Build scalable frameworks for landing pages, destination pages, and programmatic SEO
AI Search Strategy
* Define and lead the AI Search strategy to improve visibility in AI generated answers and conversational interfaces
* Optimise content for discoverability in large language models including entity building, structured data, and authority signals
* Identify how users discover travel through AI tools and adapt strategy accordingly
* Test and experiment with prompt based discovery and emerging AI search behaviours
* Monitor and improve brand presence across AI platforms
Analytics and Reporting
* Own SEO and AI Search performance reporting including traffic, visibility, conversions, and revenue
* Develop dashboards and insights to inform stakeholders and leadership
* Use data to prioritise initiatives and demonstrate ROI
Leadership and Collaboration
* Act as the internal expert on search across SEO and AI Search
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and Paid teams
* Work with a wonderful team of SEO’s to help them develop, challenge the landscape and build an exciting culture.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and AI developments
Required Experience/Skills
* 4+ years in SEO with proven impact on organic growth
* Experience leading SEO strategy in a fast paced, product led or relevant environment
* Strong understanding of technical SEO including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals
* Experience working with large scale or international websites
AI Search and Future Search
* Strong interest in AI driven search and how discovery is evolving
* Understanding of how LLMs source and surface information
* Experience or experimentation with AI platforms is a strong plus
* Data driven mindset with strong analytical skills
* Familiarity with tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and Sitebulb
* Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable strategies
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desired Skills
* Experience in travel, fintech, or marketplace businesses
* Knowledge of structured data and entity based SEO
* Exposure to brand or digital PR strategies
