We have built a vibrant talent pool of thousands of ambitious candidates and guide them at every stage of their legal careers, from paralegal roles to trainee solicitor placements and qualified lawyer positions. Our clients include leading law firms and prestigious in-house legal teams, all of whom trust us to support their busy departments.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our recruitment arm and are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us deliver outstanding results for our clients and candidates.
The Role
This is a dynamic role that will immerse you in every aspect of the legal recruitment cycle. You will:
* Source and engage with candidates in the legal sector (paralegals, trainee solicitors, qualified lawyers)
* Support client recruitment needs for legal roles, from identifying talent to scheduling interviews
* Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and clients
This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally within professional services (legal recruitment experience is a plus but not essential). You will be supported as you grow into the role and will have the opportunity to develop your career alongside a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Management
* Source, review, and interview candidates in the legal sector
* Maintain and update our candidate database to build a strong network of future legal talent
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their recruitment journey
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs
* Present candidates to clients and communicate updates throughout the process
* Deliver solutions that build trust and credibility with clients
Recruitment Delivery
* Source and shortlist legal candidates for client openings
* Support business development by identifying potential client opportunities
* Work closely with the team to achieve successful placements

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year recruitment experience, ideally in professional services (legal recruitment is a plus but not essential)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident, professional demeanour
