You will be responsible for the overall management, delivery, and performance of internal verification and quality assurance for the Level 3 Protective Services provision at Bridgwater College. This role also includes the joint leadership of our prestigious extracurricular programme, the 999 Academy. While primarily based at the Bridgwater College the successful candidate will be expected to teach across the UCS College Group as and when required.
This position is full time.
We are expecting the new post holder to have pre-requisite experience within the Protective Services and be able to draw on that experience to bring the curriculum to life. This is an exciting post that will require the post holder to maintain and develop excellent working relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring that learners can develop an appreciation for expectations and requirements of having a career within the Uniformed Protective Services. To this end, the person appointed to the post will be expected to play a proactive role in growing links locally, regionally and nationally with key external agencies.
