About the Role
As a Senior Bid Manager, you’ll take the lead on complex, high-value bids, ensuring our proposals align with client expectations and clearly demonstrate our capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling, client-focused submissions that stand out in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of high-quality, client-focused bids
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to shape winning strategies
* Define win themes aligned with client needs
* Create and manage bid programmes and deliverables schedules
* Work closely with the Senior Preconstruction Manager to agree bid plans and timelines
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality
* Proven experience developing bid strategies and delivering successful bids
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and InDesign
* The ability to lead, collaborate, and inspire others
