Our client is a multi-brand hospitality business, and they are currently seeking an experienced, ambitious HR professional to step into a key leadership role as HR Director on a fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and driven individual who is ready to take their first step into a lead HR role. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of five and play an integral role in shaping the future of the business through robust workforce planning, safeguarding, and resource management.
The role:
This is a senior leadership position overseeing both operational and head office functions. HR is deeply embedded in the company’s culture and is considered a true partner to all areas of the business. Your work will directly support the delivery of exceptional service and help ensure long-term organisational success.
1. Strategic workforce and resource planning
2. Safeguarding and risk management
3. Partnering with operations and head office leadership
4. Driving excellence in HR delivery across all business units
5. Leading and developing a team of five HR professionals
Experience:
6. CIPD qualified to Level 7 (minimum Level 5)
7. Strong understanding of UK employment law, policies, and statutory requirements
8. Significant HR experience at a senior level within hospitality (hotel experience is a plus)
9. A data-driven approach to HR decision-making
10. Experience managing HR budgets, payroll, and recruitment functions
11. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
