We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to help shape, deliver and execute Scrummi’s trade marketing strategy across the UK and our global partner network. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role in a growing SME – you’ll be just as comfortable building the plan as you are getting stuck in to deliver it. What you’ll do Create and deliver strong trade marketing plans for our UK and global partners Partner with the Commercial Team to develop and execute 360° campaigns that bring our brand to life, in line with global guidelines Own execution by ensuring all trade marketing plans are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard Manage agencies and freelancers by briefing, steering and ensuring quality outputs Represent Scrummi by presenting confidently at internal and external meetings Drive ROI by working closely with the Marketing Director and Commercial Director to proactively recommend approaches and activations Build strong relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, salons and spas to maximise every brand opportunity Safeguard the brand by ensuring consistency of Scrummi’s identity and values in all trade marketing activity and locally produced materials Create, manage and maintain a suite of trade marketing toolkits and sales enablement materials for partners and internal use Track and manage budgets, ensuring activities are delivered within agreed parameters Lead UK and global events strategy and execution, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact Analyse and report by collecting data, building reports and making clear recommendations for future activity What we’re looking for Experience in trade marketing, ideally within FMCG, beauty or B2B channels A confident communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence at all levels Strong project management skills: organised, structured and delivery-focused Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a lean SME environment Commercially aware with an eye for ROI and detail Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand values into trade activations Practical details Channels covered: wholesalers, distributors, salons and spas (not direct to consumer/e-commerce) Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office Travel: regular UK travel and some international trips required
