Join to apply for the Registered Mental Health Nurse role at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. Responsibilities
* Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
* Carry out all relevant forms of care.
* Act in accordance with the legal requirements and statutory rules relating to Practice and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board Policies and Procedures.
* Take responsibility for patients as delegated by the nurse-in-charge.
* Demonstrate the core values: Kind and caring; Respectful; Trust and integrity; Personal responsibility.
* Work as part of the Nurse Bank to provide flexible shifts at the University Hospital of Wales, University Hospital Llandough, Hafan Y Coed Mental Health Hospital, St. David’s Hospital or within the local community.
