We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and oversee training and development strategies that enhance workforce capability and support business growth. This is a pivotal role in shaping the skills and culture of our team, ensuringpliance with industry standards and fostering continuous improvement.
Full time permanent role.
Paying between £45k - £50k depending on experience.
3 days on site minimum. 2 days from home.
Your new role
1. Develop and deliver aprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Identify training needs across all levels, including technical,pliance, and leadership development.
3. Design and implement training programs (in-house and external) for scaffolding safety, management skills, and professional development.
4. Manage apprenticeship programs and liaise with training providers.
5. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement.
6. Maintain accurate training records and ensurepliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Support managers in coaching and performance development initiatives.
8. Drive a culture of learning and professional growth across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience in an L&D role, ideally within construction or related industries.
10. Strong understanding of training frameworks,pliance standards, and industry regulations.
11. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
12. Ability to design engaging training content and deliver sessions effectively.
13. Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and vocational qualifications.
