Are you detail-oriented, organised, and proactive? We're looking for a Public Affairs Officer to join our dynamic Public Affairs Team!
1. Position: Public Affairs Officer
2. Location: Hybrid - Old Johnstone Clinic/ Working from Home
3. Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
4. Salary: Band 3 (£28,011 - £30,230)
Key Responsibilities:
5. Serve as the initial point of contact for complaints and enquires.
6. Apply strong written and verbal communication skills to address and resolve issues.
7. Support the coordination and processing of FOIs, SARs, and Elected Member enquiries.
8. Ensure timely and effective handling pf complaints and enquiries.
9. Collaborate to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. Excellent planning and organisation skills.
12. Previous experience working in a busy office environment.
13. Ability to work to set timescales and deadlines.
14. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
