ECMS Ltd is a dynamic and growing organisation specialising in providing bespoke Special Education Needs advice and Case Management services for children, young people, and adults with brain injury, cerebral palsy and other neurological impairments.
ECMS is now recruiting for a Brain Injury Case Manager.
Salary Range: in excess of £50k PA (dependent upon background experience, skills and knowledge).
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant professional qualifications (such as Social Worker, Occupational Therapy or Nursing)
* Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a profession which includes professional experience in disability / brain injury service provision
* Driving licence with no more than 3 points
* Clean DBS check at enhanced level
* Registration with relevant professional bodies
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading, managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary therapy and support teams
* Ensuring that service packages operative in an efficient, cost effective, objective and goal-oriented fashion
* Creating and sustaining effective solution focused partnership working and therapeutic alliances between clients, family members, professionals, support networks and legal teams
* Undertaking service needs assessments, producing high quality documents and reports justifying service needs, implementing agreed Case Management / service delivery plan and reporting objectively on progress
* Solving problems and demonstrating effective creativity, imagination and dynamisms in your work
