We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Family Law Executive to join the firm’s reputable Family Law department. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of private family matters while working within a supportive, high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional who is passionate about family law and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, private law children, and injunction applications
* Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients, maintaining excellent standards of care and confidentiality
* Conduct advocacy in court where appropriate
* Handle Legal Aid cases (where applicable) and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements
* Maintain accurate and organised file records in line with firm policies and regulatory standards
* Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless client experience
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client service delivery
Requirements
* Qualified Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (minimum 1 year PQE)
* Experience across matrimonial, injunction, and private children law matters
* Advocacy experience and confidence attending court hearings
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
* Any experience handling Legal Aid matters will be considered an advantage
* IT proficient, with experience using legal case management systems
