Post Producer - Independent Creative Agency
Our client, a small but mighty independent agency with big ideas and a passion for storytelling, is on the hunt for a talented Post Producer to join their team and help bring our creative visions to life across a range of exciting projects.
📍 Location: Hybrid working between home and Central London - Zone 1 (2/3 model).
🕒 Type: Full‑time
💼 Experience Level: Mid‑weight – £40,000‑£45,000

They are a tight‑knit team of creatives, strategists and producers working across branded content, commercials, social campaigns and short‑form storytelling. The Role
As the Post Producer, you'll be the linchpin of our post‑production process. You'll manage timelines, budgets and workflows across multiple projects, liaising with editors, motion designers, sound designers and clients to ensure smooth delivery from offline to final master.
Responsibilities
* Oversee post‑production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
* Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers and freelancers
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (editors, VFX, sound, grading)
* Quality control of final outputs before delivery
* Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the post process
* Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving forward
You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in post‑production, ideally within an agency or production company
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A calm, solutions‑focused approach under pressure
* Familiarity with post workflows across Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
* A love for creative work and a collaborative mindset
Bonus Points
* Experience with motion graphics or VFX pipelines
* Knowledge of delivery specs for broadcast, digital and social platforms
* A good eye for detail and storytelling
As this role is very much post‑production focused there will be next to no requirements for travel; you will work from a happy home with a hybrid arrangement between the Central London office and your abode. The business has strong ethics and an unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion.
