Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic decision-making during a critical period of expansion. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance Performing cost and margin analysis to support pricing and profitability decisions Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance with group accounting policies Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances Supporting year-end processes and liaising with external auditors Delivering insightful commentary and recommendations to senior stakeholders Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Assisting with ad hoc projects as required What makes this role cool?
