The Role
We're looking for a strategic and commercially savvy Global Client Partner to lead the digital media business for a major global brand. This high-impact role involves managing a team of 30+ specialists, building trusted client relationships, overseeing commercial performance, and driving innovation through strategic partnerships. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, multicultural environment, shaping global media strategy and ensuring excellence across operations and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and lead the global digital media relationship with the client
* Define strategy and bespoke digital solutions aligned to client goals
* Manage commercial growth and account profitability
* Inspire and lead a high-performing, cross-market team
* Drive operational excellence and innovation through industry partnerships
* Represent the agency through thought leadership and external engagements
Skills & Experience
* Native English speaker, fluent in Dutch (ideally).
* 10+ years in digital media/marketing with leadership experience
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience leading large teams and managing global accounts
* Deep understanding of digital media platforms and trends
* Passionate about driving value for clients and making a positive impact
