We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Project Manager to join our Event Services team. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting and has a passion for precision, collaboration, and exceptional experiences. What you'll be doing As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of events for world-class clients – either owning entire projects or leading specific workstreams within large-scale programmes. You’ll be central to driving timelines, stakeholder relationships, logistics, budgets and team coordination – all while ensuring a brilliant client and attendee experience. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end project delivery or managing workstreams within complex events Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and vendors Building strong relationships with clients and translating objectives into actionable plans Managing timelines, trackers, handbooks and team meetings to ensure alignment Overseeing all aspects of logistics – from venue management to staffing, transport, and on-site coordination Developing and managing budgets up to £5m, including forecasting and reconciliation Leading on-site teams and troubleshooting issues in real time to ensure seamless execution Supporting and mentoring junior team members, modelling Nteractive’s values and approach What you will bring Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager within an events or marketing agency Deep logistics knowledge – from venues and furniture to security and staffing Proven ability to lead large-scale events and international programmes Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing high-value budgets Ability to collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; confident using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet) Confident communicator, problem- solver and leader who remains calm under pressure Comfortable managing teams of 25 and mentoring junior colleagues Why you'll love working here A genuinely supportive and collaborative culture where people come first A flexible hybrid model – minimum of 2 days per month in the office, more if needed Autonomy and trust in how you deliver your work An inclusive, down-to-earth team passionate about quality and innovation A people-first environment where wellbeing and development are prioritised Benefits Annual leave – 33 days inc.
