What YOU’LL will do:
Provide nursing support and consultation with the state's Nurse Practice Act and physician orders.
Ensure individuals receive routine and preventative health services and medication administration is completed accurately according to regulations.
Provide health related education to those served and those who serve in the agency.
Maintain and review electronic healthcare records to monitor pertinent health status, provide accurate and through documentation and update agency leaders as needed
Build effective relationships with colleagues, persons served and their providers and families/guardians.
SCHEDULE: Days, 8 hour shifts, can work up to 24 hours a week - required to work at least 24 hours a quarter, NO HOLIDAY, ONCALL or NO WEEKEND hours requirements, travel within Grand Island, Hastings, York, Axtell may be required - agency vehicle provided.

What YOU’LL Need:
State license required in nursing, Bachelors' or Associates degree in nursing
1 year of nursing experience, if new LPN 3 years of CNA/CMA experience can be substituted
Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
Valid Driver's license
