As CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the customer experience: building automated journeys, analysing behaviour, driving retention, and making sure every interaction strengthens the relationship between the brand and its customers.
This is a role for someone who loves combining data with creativity, thrives on seeing results, and is hungry to step up into management within the next 12–18 months.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead the customer journey
Build and optimise automated email, SMS, and direct mail flows: welcome, upsell, replenishment, win-back, churn prevention, loyalty.
Turn leads and prospects into long-term subscribers and advocates.
Analyse behaviour and subscription metrics to uncover opportunities and prevent churn.
Deliver results that matter
Improve retention, increase LTV, and drive first-to-second order conversions.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on data insights.
Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimise engagement and revenue.
Champion engagement & loyalty
Own loyalty and referral programmes that reward high-value customers.
Use NPS, sentiment, and customer feedback to nurture advocates and inform improvements.
Collaborate with customer care, product, creative, and acquisition teams to align CRM with wider business goals.
Be hands-on when it counts
Write and deliver compelling copy that resonates with customers.
Manage day-to-day platform operations: configuration, templates, list hygiene, tracking, and data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, deliverability, and consent management.

What You’ll Bring
2–4+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (DTC subscription experience preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Proven track record in reducing churn, boosting retention, and growing LTV.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action.
Creative flair with copywriting and campaign design skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points For
HTML editing, API/data integration experience.
Loyalty and referral programme management experience.
Subscription-based DTC experience.
