What you’ll be doing
* Leading multiple Salesforce projects (typically three at any one time) through pre-sales, discovery, build, and implementation.
* Translating client needs into practical Salesforce solutions — understanding not just what clients are saying, but also what they’re not saying.
* Building flows and configuring core Salesforce Clouds, ensuring smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
* Working closely with colleagues in a supportive, social culture that values teamwork and communication.
What you bring to the party
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant — ideally with another partner, though customer-side backgrounds are welcome if you can demonstrate internal consulting skills.
* Strong soft skills and confidence leading client meetings (in this case English as your first language is preferred)
* Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills (no coding required, this is NOT a Developer role)
* Outgoing, personable nature — someone who loves both internal collaboration and client engagement.
* Willingness to work from their Leeds office 2–3 days per week (no relocation assistance)
* Knowledge of Core Salesforce Clouds is essential (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud); experience with Revenue Cloud, Education Cloud, AI, or Marketing Cloud is a bonus.

* £45,000–£75,000 base salary (depending on Consulting experience)
