London – £55,000 to £65,000 + benefits

The Role
As Sales / National Account Manager, you’ll take responsibility for managing and developing key grocery retail accounts including Ocado, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and Tesco. You’ll lead joint business planning, build and execute promotional strategies, and drive both branded and own-label growth across multiple categories. Working closely with marketing, supply chain, and NPD teams, you’ll identify new opportunities, expand distribution, and play an integral role in bringing innovative new products to market. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who thrives on developing strong customer partnerships and delivering tangible results.
The Requirements
You’ll bring at least three years’ experience in account management within the grocery channel, with a proven track record of driving growth across major retailers. Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills are essential. You’ll be a proactive, organised, and driven individual who enjoys working collaboratively and can operate effectively under your own initiative. A passion for food and a desire to make an impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment will ensure your success in this role.
