Role Purpose / Summary
The Operations Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring client work requests received through our single point of entry are appropriate and align with contract terms. This involves reviewing requests to meet contractual response times using a checklist, supporting clients in submitting requests, and alerting relevant leads to issues. The role also includes providing status updates to customers on ongoing and previous requests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assess work requests to ensure they comply with contracts and acceptance criteria.
2. Link requests to related requests across contracts and previous years.
3. Secure and link documentation within the demand management workflow.
4. Coordinate with Commercial and Contract finance teams on nonstandard requests.
5. Resolve client issues such as missing documentation or incorrect submissions.
6. Issue rejections for non-compliant requests and advise client Supplier Managers for training.
7. Maintain coverage from 8:30 am to 5:00/5:30 pm to meet SLA requirements.
Key Deliverables
1. Promptly assess new requests for contractual compliance and completeness.
2. Ensure requests are unique and understand handling of previous versions.
3. Identify linked items across contracts and previous years.
4. Accurately register all requests.
5. Collaborate with Response Owners or CDL on new requirements if needed.
6. Assess and register items within SLA to avoid commercial breaches.
