You will be working with our talented Chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing your own skills.
You will support the Demi Chef de Partie and the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of a station within our busy Brasserie Princekitchen and facilitate the flawless delivery of our world-class menus.
Duties will range from food preparation and mise-en-place to ensure service is seamlessand ensuring health and safety practices are adhered to. Flexibility and an eagerness to learn are key as you will be expected to support the wider kitchen team as and when required. Tailor your approach and anticipate needs so that high quality results are achieved
Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them
