We are a premier provider of secure logistics services, close to Heathrow Airport. Due to the volume of business, we are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Cash Processing, you will be required to lead, supervise, and coordinate cashiers in executing the day-to-day operational tasks in order to deliver agreed upon service levels.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 07.30 – 16:00 (40 hours per week), however shift start times may vary according to the needs of the business. We may also require you to work an occasional weekend for which overtime is payable.
To be considered for the role, candidates need to be able to demonstrate the following key skills, knowledge experience and personal characteristics:
§ Supervisory experience is strongly desired.
§ Some relevant experience of bank note processing and inventory management.
§ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a range of tasks.
§ An aptitude and willingness to learn and take responsibility for personal development.
§ Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
§ Ability to work autonomously but also within a team.
§ Aptitude to develop good working relationships and interface effectively with other departments.
§ Good command of the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
§ Good and proactive customer service skills.
§ A high level of flexibility, with the requirement to adapt start and finish times for yourself and your team, depending on workloads. The ability to work some weekends is essential.
§ Candidates should ideally be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and be numerate and literate.
