Job Description:
V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of UK's fastest growing PropTech Organisations, which specializes in helping organizations reclaim overpaid business rates.
Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist responsible for driving and converting warm leads into sales, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
We are looking for a hungry, sales-driven individual with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.
The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000 plus.
Responsibilities
* Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue within the assigned territory.
* Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
* Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing our value proposition and addressing their business challenges.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance needs.
* Stay informed about industry trends related to business process analysis, process mining, and internal controls.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.
* Devise business plans, marketing strategies, and initiatives to enable channel sales partners.
* Forecast bookings revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
* Develop KPIs to hold partners accountable and review performance routines.
* Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
* At least 6+ years experience in Account Management within a technology and SaaS environment.
* Tenacious in cold calling and engaging warm leads.
* Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, with client needs at the core.
* Interest in identifying client problems and providing smart solutions.
* Experience with enterprise-sized SaaS clients as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
* Highly organized and analytical, reviewing data to maximize impact.
* Background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields is preferred.
* Experience as a “New Business Hunter” in a related industry.
