Key Responsibilities: Follow Up Calls: Tenaciously follow up on outstanding quotes to maximise conversion rates. Cold Calls: Engage with leads and prospects to qualify and uncover sales opportunities, bolstering our sales pipeline. Existing Account Management: Proactively reach out to existing customers to secure orders and identify opportunities for further engagement. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the BDM's calendar by scheduling appointments aligned with account visits and prospect meetings. Sales Director Visit Preparation: Prepare thoroughly for visits by ensuring all necessary information, quotes, and samples are ready for the BDM's review. CRM Management: Maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track interactions and optimise customer relationships for maximum sales potential. Key Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. A proactive mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Sales experience desirable but not necessary.
