Our client, a well-estabilised manufacturing business, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants real responsibility and clear progression.
What you’ll be doing as a Junior Account Manager:
* Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts (no cold calling focus)
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
* Acting as the main point of contact for customer needs
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
* Reviewing account performance and analysing sales trends
* Working with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service
What we’re looking for from our Junior Account Manager:
* Around 1+ year of B2B sales or customer-facing experience
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
* Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
* Interest in manufacturing or technical products is a bonus
