Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3–5 (or as specified).

Encourage students’ creativity, confidence, and collaboration through performance and theatre projects.

Support extra-curricular Drama activities, including school productions, workshops, and events.

Monitor and report on student progress, behaviour, and attainment.

Work closely with colleagues to contribute to a positive and inspiring school culture.
Qualifications & Experience
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*
Experience teaching Drama in Primary, Secondary, or Sixth Form settings.
*
Strong knowledge of the Drama curriculum and performance practices.
*
Experience supporting school productions and extra-curricular activities is desirable.
