What you'll do
Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed.
Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
Provide excellent customer experience every visit.
What you'll need
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to delegate tasks and motivate effectively.
Patience and a friendly manner, remaining calm in any situation.
