They are now seeking a proactive and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee their Newcastle office operations, lead the sales team, and contribute to the company's ongoing success.
As a Branch Manager, your role would involve:
1. Overseeing and managing day-to-day branch operations
2. Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
3. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Implementing sales strategies to drive growth and performance
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
6. Monitoring branch performance and providing regular reports to senior management

8. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively

What's on offer for the successful Branch Manager:

10. £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
11. £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
