As a Commercial Contract Manager, you'll play a key part in unlocking the full potential of our land and property assets, ensuring we deliver safe, effective, and efficient property services that support our strategic objectives. As a valued member of the Contract Management team, you'll take the lead on managing contractual changes and driving commercial negotiations with confidence and expertise. Your work will directly influence high‑profile services across Facilities Management, from leading commercial changes, updating service contract scopes and administering all variations. This is a wide‑reaching role, liaising with various business units, facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings. The role is based in Warwick, with an expectation of attending the office one to two days per week, with flexibility to suit business needs. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Lead Contract Manager, Contract Manager, and operational teams to foster strong partnerships and seamless cross‑functional working.
* Manage contracts and supplier relationships, including Facilities Management service providers, ensuring strong commercial governance.
* Control contractual scope, costs and change processes, securing appropriate senior approvals.
* Maintain accurate contract documentation and variations.
* Monitor and analyse performance data, including KPIs, risk and financial metrics.
* Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, promoting safety, innovation and commercial efficiency.
* Drive consistent supplier performance, ensuring commercial processes and requirements are adhered to.
* Manage supplier compliance activities, ensuring adherence to internal, contract and legislative requirements.
* Support audits and wider contract management activities as required.
* Support procurement activities, including input into tenders and commercial evaluation.
* Provide commercial input and advice on NEC contract drafting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in contract management and delivering commercial change, ideally within Facilities Management or service contracts.
* Strong analytical capability, with experience using data to inform commercial decisions.
* Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with an interest in improving ways of working through systems and automation.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills at all levels.
* Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment.
* Knowledge of contract mobilisation and scope change management.
* Experience assessing supplier capability and alignment with business objectives.
* Experience within the energy or utilities sector and/or multi site environments is desirable.
* Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
* Familiarity with NEC contracts is desirable but not essential.

* Competitive salary between £50,000 – £57,000 per annum – dependent on capability.
