Overview
Loss Prevention Manager at the LEGO Group. This role can be based in Prague (Jinonice) or London. Please note that relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
* Drive and own analytical and performance improvement projects with the goal of strengthening brand and commercial performance as well as productivity of the global retail store portfolio.
* Support and drive store portfolio management and optimization processes to support strategic decision making in LEGO Retail.
* Help to manage the preparation and process for inventory counts.
* Work with Finance and IT to improve stock control programs and functionality.
* Analyze internal data to identify types of product loss, and recommend loss prevention and reduction measures.
* Review crime and other risk levels of new and existing store locations.
Our Fraud & Loss Prevention function sits within Finance, providing an independent, enterprise-wide lens on risk while partnering closely with LEGO Retail. We safeguard revenue, inventory, people, and brand by turning data into action.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail Loss Prevention/Asset Protection, including managing external vendors or third-party investigators.
* Demonstrated strength in data analysis and case triage.
* Proven ability to design, implement, and enforce LP policies and procedures across multiple markets.
* Experience supporting inventory control governance and driving corrective actions from count results.
* Multi-country retail experience in a branded, experiential environment.
What would be an advantage
* Professional certifications such as CFE, PCI, LPC, or similar.
* Familiarity with SAP, perimeter security systems, CCTV/VMS, EAS/RFID, and POS exception platforms (e.g., IntelliQ, Newstore).
* Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or data modeling for advanced loss analytics.
