The team is seeking an experienced Headhunter & Fee Earner to drive business growth and to close high profile searches. Ideal candidates will:
1. Have proven Headhunting / Search experience.
2. Be dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
3. Thrive in a role that prioritises Business Development, headhunting high profile executives & ultimately delivering on retained mandates.
4. Keen to learn from an MD who has delivered £1m+ billings consistently for the past decade.
5. Want to progress through a business and become integral to the long-term success of the business.
