Our client, a Health Care organisation in the South East, is looking for an HR and OD Business Partner to support on a medical job planning project.
This role will be a 6-12 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible.
Details:
* Band 8a - 8c (depending on experience)
* NHS experience essential
* Flexible on-site working, face to face meetings and cross-site working
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a very strong OD background to coach managers around the delivery of job planning discussions
* Have excellent conflict resolution skills and be able to manage difficult Job Planning/Rota discussions well
* Have a strong understanding of Medical HR and the Job planning process
* Be a very confident Business Partner or an Organisational Development practitioner potentially with a Medical Staffing background
