Job Description
We are looking to engage an experienced Secuity Cleared Salesforce Developer to support the delivery of complex digital services within a secure, enterprise environment. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions, working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop and implement Salesforce-based solutions within a structured delivery environment
* Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
* Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practice
* Support integration with enterprise systems and data platforms
* Collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities
* Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of delivery processes
* Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and governance standards
Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC)
* Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments
* Understanding of secure and scalable application development
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable
* Salesforce certifications (eg Platform Developer, App Builder or similar)
* Experience working within regulated or secure environments
* Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
