The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile All-Rounder to join our team at the Folkestone Harbour Arm. This is a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential. You must be able to switch between front-of-house duties and supporting the kitchen efficiently.
Requirements:
Proactive Attitude: You see what needs to be done, and you do it.
Multitasking: Comfortable handling till, bar, floor, and kitchen support.
Reliability: Punctual and focused on maintaining our operational standards.
Communication: Ability to work closely with a small team in a confined space.
Availability & Hours:
Seasonal increase: Hours will scale up significantly starting in April for the spring and summer season.
Flexibility: Ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work now, with the desire for more hours as the Harbour Arm gets busier.
