Responsibilities / Position overview
Candidate profile
Lumanity is seeking an experienced evidence review and synthesis specialist whose primary responsibilities will be project delivery, including:
1. Project ManagementPlan and manage client projects which includes generation of specified evidence to stringent deadlines
2. Technical contributionPlan, write, edit, review, and coordinate the development of HTA documents, systematic reviews, targeted reviews and other literature review typesResearch and write content for client deliverables to a high standard, within project timelines and budget – including protocols, reports, slide decks and publicationsPrepare appropriate tables, figures, and other appropriate graphics to assist in presenting results of researchInterpretation of literature review outputs and draw/summarize conclusions and unmet needs from associated deliverables (protocols, data extractions tables)Quality check data and reports versus source documentsUtilise reference management software
3. LeadershipActive participation in meetings, and optimal communication with team membersMentor junior team membersSupport cross-functional coaching, mentoring, and trainingContribute to process improvements, suggesting opportunities where appropriateWork with internal and external speakers to develop and prepare presentationsWork collaboratively with colleagues from different teams in the companyEffectively manage our client relationships
Qualifications
Your skills and experience
Lumanity is looking for an adaptable, highly-motivated and team-focused individual to take on this key role in the Value Demonstration team. They will need to have a proven experience in contributing to evidence review and synthesis projects, and be enthused and at home in working within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
This role will require an individual with personal energy, confidence and trust in their own consultancy skills. Above all they need to be an excellent communicator and a team player, with tenacity and a passion for delivering high-quality services to clients.
Required
4. Experience (~3 years plus) in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, including but not necessarily limited to evidence review, HEOR and/or market access
5. A commitment to producing high quality deliverables, cognitive abilities including verbal reasoning, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical ability
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team with colleagues and clients
7. Effective time management over multiple projects

8. Previous experience in a consultancy environment
9. Commercial acumen and proven consultancy skills
10. Experience and understanding of the UK and/or European HTA processes and/or the US value assessment frameworks and payers
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Consultant with experience in evidence review and synthesis work.
We believe the Value Demonstration team has enormous potential to contribute to the overall success of the company, and is a key driver and facilitator for collaboration with other parts of the business, and supporting consistent delivery in line with our company and practice principles (shared goads, knowledge, high-functioning teams, fiscal responsibility and wellbeing).
The role is expected to be split approximately 70% client-facing project work, 10% supporting business development and 20% learning and development and thought leadership.
