Job Description
You will provide expert Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) support to the Transition Team during decommissioning, project and demolition activities across the refinery in Grangemouth, until 30 June 2026. This role ensures compliance with UK HS&E legislation, SEPA requirements and company standards. You will act as a subject matter expert, leading Task Risk Assessments and driving safe operations across multiple sites.
What you will need
• Proven background in an operational or Upper Tier COMAH environment (minimum 5 years)
• Strong knowledge of UK HS&E legislation, SEPA standards, and high-hazard risk management
• Experience leading Task Risk Assessments and providing technical HS&E guidance
• Degree in HSE, Science or Engineering plus NEBOSH Diploma or Chartered IOSH/IEMA (or working towards)
• Ability to coach, influence and challenge managers, supervisors and contractors
