The Role
As a Shift Manager at Bunsik, you'll be the driving force behind smooth operations during your shift. You'll lead the team, keep service standards high, and ensure our guests enjoy every bite and every moment with us.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the team during your shift, ensuring everyone delivers excellent service.
* Manage daily operations, from food quality to speed of service and cleanliness.
* Handle opening and closing duties, including cashing up, stock checks, and reporting.
* Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
* Support staff training, onboarding, and coaching to maintain Bunsik standards.
* Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs to the Store Manager.
* Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive atmosphere for both staff and guests.
What We're Looking For
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Organised, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for food and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
