One of the United Kingdom's leading consultancies are seeking to appoint a Palantir Service Director to aid their next stage of growth in the area and establish the organisation at the forefront of the evolving technology. Palantir technology is at the centre of some of the UK's most ambitious digital transformation programmes, and the organisation is seeking a Palantir Services Director to lead, expand, and define its national capability. This position brings together strategic leadership, delivery excellence, technical oversight, and client engagement across both Foundry and AIP.

The successful candidate will guide the organisation's direction within the Palantir ecosystem, grow a thriving community of specialists, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that complex, high-value solutions are delivered across multiple sectors. It is a role that demands a balance of consulting influence, business development expertise, and deep platform understanding.

The solutions led by this individual will support mission-critical outcomes across Defence, Healthcare, Government, and Enterprise. Their leadership will contribute directly to the safety, resilience, and wellbeing of UK citizens through the intelligent use of data and advanced technology.

Defence and National Security:
The Palantir Services Director will support the development of advanced analytics, real-time insights, and data integration platforms that enhance national security and operational decision-making. Their work will enable mission teams to make informed decisions that protect personnel and safeguard national interests.

Healthcare:
Through scalable, governed Palantir solutions, the Director will help transform patient pathways, empower clinical decision-making, and improve operational efficiency across the health service. Their leadership will support improved patient outcomes by enabling smarter use of health data.

The role will involve applying data and AI capabilities to complex challenges where insight, precision, and scale are essential. Role overview
The Palantir Services Director will take full ownership of the organisation's vision and roadmap for Palantir capabilities. They will establish technical direction, develop market propositions, lead strategic client engagements, and collaborate with Palantir and internal sector teams on joint go-to-market initiatives. They will also be accountable for commercial performance and play a senior role in sales, pre-sales, and delivery assurance.

They will champion talent development, build capability maturity, and act as a visible representative within the Palantir community.

Core responsibilities

• Define and deliver the organisation's Palantir strategy, capability roadmap, and long-term operating model

• Act as the senior authority across Palantir Foundry and AIP, providing technical and strategic leadership

• Shape reusable assets, accelerators, and solution templates aligned to Palantir's evolving platform

• Strengthen strategic partnerships with Palantir, including governance, roadmap collaboration, and co-marketing activity

• Lead commercial activities including opportunity qualification, bid development, and proposal creation

• Oversee delivery of major programmes as senior sponsor, ensuring quality, risk management, and customer satisfaction

• Build and develop the internal community of practice, mentoring engineers, architects, and strategists

• Represent the organisation at events, customer briefings, and thought leadership engagements

• Support the growth and development of the organisation's expanding Palantir venture

Essential experience

• Proven track record delivering complex Palantir Foundry or AIP solutions at scale

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams or large transformation programmes

• Detailed understanding of Palantir delivery models, adoption challenges, and platform scalability

• Demonstrable success in business development, including pre-sales, proposals, and vendor collaboration

• Experience mentoring senior team members and contributing to capability and culture development

• Ability to influence at executive level, including senior public-sector and industry stakeholders

• Strong strategic mindset, capable of aligning platform capabilities to market needs and organisational goals

• Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance, required due to involvement in Defence and National Security projects. Standard residency and background requirements apply.

Desirable experience

• Previous experience working directly with Palantir as a partner, client, or employee

• Recognised thought leadership within data platforms, AI ethics, or digital transformation

• Experience developing go-to-market strategies or co-selling with technology vendors

• Public speaking, writing, or community contributions within the Palantir ecosystem

• Experience establishing Centres of Excellence or managed service models for platform delivery

• Willingness to support Defence or national security programmes

• Existing UK security clearance (SC or higher)
