About the role Our Senior Change Delivery Consultant roles are intentionally designed to be multi-disciplinary, offering both flexibility and opportunities for growth. You’ll help us lead large scale, complex projects and programmes through the full delivery lifecycle. With line management responsibility, coaching and mentoring to Change Delivery Consultants and Analysts As a Senior Change Delivery Consultant, you will: Apply your programme and project management skills at a senior level within the team with an ability to deal with complexity Leverage strong interpersonal and analytical skills to drive successful outcomes Shape and evolve our methodologies (e.g. project management, business analysis and change management), incorporating best practices and lessons learned, championing these across the organisation through training, coaching, and mentoring opportunities. You will be part of the PMO & Change Delivery Management Team and part of the wider Service of Policy, Change and Customer Service.
