**Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Fire & Security Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role, working on a variety of client sites predominantly across the West Midlands, with support from our office in Halesowen.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing fire and security systems
• Carrying out regular inspections, servicing, and testing
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting system issues
• Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
• Delivering excellent customer service and representing the company professionally at all times

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of fire and/or security systems
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing security equipment
• Understanding of relevant safety standards and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant industry training and/or certifications (FIA, ECS/CSCS, IPAF, etc.) – desirable but not essential
• Previous industry experience is preferred, but we're also open to electricians looking to retrain and develop in the fire & security sector**
