Job Title: People and Culture AssistantLocation: Hybrid (1 day per week in Burntwood, Staffordshire office)Reports To: People Services ManagerSalary: £25,480 per annum

We’re offering a fantastic entry-level role within our fast-paced and friendly People Team. This is an ideal position for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who’s looking to gain experience in the world of HR.

You don’t need prior HR experience to apply - what matters most is your attention to detail, ability to stay organised, and passion for delivering excellent support to colleagues across the business.

Key Skills & Experience



* Experience in HR administration or a similar role within a regulated environment.
* Knowledge of handling employee queries, policy guidance, and HR-related tasks.
* Strong collaboration and customer service skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Empathy, integrity, and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
