What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Assisting the Lettings Manager with daily operations Generating and converting new business opportunities Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants Negotiating tenancy terms and closing lettings deals Delivering excellent customer service throughout the lettings process Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings (essential) Strong track record in sales and customer service Excellent communication and negotiation skills Professional, articulate, and well-presented Highly organised with strong attention to detail Local knowledge of Wimbledon and surrounding areas (advantageous) Full UK driving licence (essential) ARLA qualification desirable but not required What's In It For You?
