Job Title: Call Centre Claims Advisor
Location: Liverpool
Salary: GBP25,877 starting salary, plus up to GBP1500 annual bonus, paid quarterly once established in your role.

You will be responsible for assisting policyholders with insurance claims, providing high standards of customer service, and handling each incident professionally and within appropriate timeframes.

What You Will Be Doing
1. Proactively manage a portfolio of policyholder claims through to settlement.
2. Conduct thorough indemnity investigations on all cases.
3. Collaborate with in-house engineers to ensure fair settlements with policyholders.
4. Process validated claims within agreed SLAs.
5. Provide excellent customer service, taking ownership of all inbound communications.
6. Handle insurance claims with attention to detail and maintain chronological notes.
7. Communicate effectively with policyholders regarding claim decisions and progress.
8. Maintain effective diary management to reduce settlement times.
9. Assess policy indemnity accurately.
