As a Senior Talent Manager you will beresponsible for managing and maximising the careers of our rosterof influential social media personalities and contentcreators.
You will play a pivotal role inbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with influencersnegotiating contracts and driving business growth through effectivebrand partnerships. Youll need to be passionate about the digitallandscape possesses exceptional communication and negotiationskills and has a proven track record of success in the influencermarketingindustry.
Responsibilities
1. TalentManagement: Oversee a portfolio of influential social mediapersonalities and content creators guiding their career developmentand providing strategic advice andsupport.
2. Business Development: Identify andpursue new opportunities to grow the careers of the influencersincluding brand partnerships sponsorships endorsements andcollaborations.
3. Negotiate: Negotiate andfinalise contracts ensuring favourable terms and conditions for theinfluencers while maximising revenue and value for both theinfluencers and the agency.
4. RelationshipBuilding: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships withinfluencers brands agencies and other industry professionals tofacilitate collaboration and drive businessgrowth.
5. Brand Partnerships: Collaborate withinfluencers to develop creative and strategic brand partnershipsthat align with their personal brand and targetaudience.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor andanalyse the performance of influencer campaigns providing regularreports and insights to clients and internalstakeholders.
7. Industry Trends: Stay up to datewith industry trends emerging platforms and best practices ininfluencer marketing and apply this knowledge to drive innovativeand effective strategies.
8. Team Leadership:Responsible for coaching mentoring and line management of at leastone talentexecutive.
Requirements
1. Provenexperience (3 years) in talent management influencer marketing or arelated fieldwith a focus on working with highprofileinfluencers.
2. Strong network of contacts within theinfluencer marketing industry including influencersbrands andagencies.
3. Excellent negotiation and communicationskills with the ability to build rapport influencestakeholders andclose deals.
4. Demonstrated an ability to thinkstrategically and develop innovative influencer marketingcampaignsthat drive results.
5. Exceptional project managementskills with the ability to handle multiplecampaigns
simultaneously and meet tightdeadlines.
6. Analytical mindset with proficiency intracking and analysing campaign performancemetrics and providingactionable insights.
