About the Role We are currently recruiting 7 Community Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across the Abergele rural area. This is a rewarding opportunity where you will provide person-centred care, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and overall quality of life. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
