About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant – Nights at Acer House Care Home in Somerset, you will work alongside the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities
* Monitor the wellbeing of each resident.
* Be aware of any changes that impact care plans.
* Ensure that new needs are met.
* Amend written care records to reflect updated plans.
* Support medication requirements.
* Act as a key contact point for residents and family.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in care.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar care environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexible attitude and willingness to work nights.
